Who we are

What we collect and why
- When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we use your name, number, vehicle details, address or postcode and the messages you send to give you a price, arrange your valet and keep in touch about it. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing it.
- Business records of the work we do and the payments we receive are kept for as long as UK tax law requires (usually six years), on the basis of our legal obligations.
- Website analytics: only if you choose "Accept All", we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. This relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- WhatsApp button taps: when you tap a WhatsApp button, the site sends us a short note. It records which button and package you tapped, the page, how you found the site (for example a Google advert, or the campaign tags in a link), whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer, and your approximate town as estimated from your connection by our host, Cloudflare. It does not include your IP address or anything that identifies you, and nothing is stored on your device. We use these notes to see which pages and adverts bring enquiries (our legitimate interests) and keep them for up to 12 months.
This website has no online booking, accounts or payments. WhatsApp is run by Meta Platforms, which processes messages under its own privacy policy.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with services we use to run the business: our website host (Cloudflare), our web developer (Coded Vision Design, who receive the WhatsApp tap notes to look after the site and our adverts), Google (analytics, only with your consent) and Meta (if you message us on WhatsApp). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
